HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT? (FOR VEGETARIANS)
Before knowing how to gain weight you must know what is weight gain?
Weight gain and increase in body weight. This can involve an increase in muscle mass, fat deposits excess fluid such as water or other factors. Weight gain can be a symptom of a serious medical condition.
Weight gain occurs when more energy is gained than the energy expended by life activities, including normal physiological process and physical exercise.
Vegetarian eats mostly vegetables, fruits and grains , though some also eat dairy products and eggs ,since it has no meat.
For gaining weight you must need :
1- Snacks throughout the day on foods that have "good fats" like avocates, beans, nuts, seeds, peanut or almond butter and hummus.
2- Instead of drinking only water drink, juices, Protein drinks and smoothies that will bring in calories without feeling you up.
