Know the 5 benefits of PRANAYAM

Pranayama is the fourth of the eight organs of yoga. The word Pranayam is formed by Prana + dimension. The meaning of Prana is considered to be the individual soul, but it is related to the air under body whose main place is in the heart. When a person is born, he takes deep breaths and when he dies, he exits completely. Then it was proved that air is the soul. Dimension has two meanings - first control or stop, second expansion.

When we breathe, the air or air going in is divided into five parts, or say that it becomes stable five places inside the body. The air in five parts benefits in five ways, but many people who breathe take ill due to not getting all the organs. Pranayama is done so that all the organs get adequate air, which is very important.

This air is moving throughout the body. With the effect of this air, juice, blood and other life-saving elements flow throughout the body. All body movements and working effort cannot take place without air. When it gets angry, it causes diseases of the entire body.

(2) Saman(समान: The vital force involved in digestive activity located in the nucleus is called equal. The function of the air, which maintains the same equilibrium, is in the bone. Balance is also formed by bones.

(3)Apan(अपान): Apan means downward air. It is in the juice of the body. Ras i.e. water and other liquids. This air is necessary for our digestion.

This air remains in the pancreas and its function is to excrete feces, urine, Venus, womb and menstrual flow. When it fades, there are diseases related to the bladder and kidney. Apan is the air to be expelled from the anus.

(4) Udaan(उदान): Udaan means the air carrying upwards. It occurs in our nervous system. It controls the nervous system. Due to its malfunction, the nervous system also deteriorates. Udaan has also been considered as the life force that conducts brain functions.

In simple language, udan vayu stays in the throat. With the power of this air, man extracts the voice, speaks, sings songs and talks in low, medium and high voice. This is the benefit of awakening the purification cycle.

(5) Prana(प्राण): This air remains in the mouth continuously and thus it carries life, gives life and keeps the organism alive. With the help of this air, food and drink goes inside. When this air is irritated, there are hiccups, breathing and disorders related to these organs. Pranavayu tells about the condition of our body.

The second place of this air was in the blood and the third place in the lungs. It conducts blood and lung functions. Life is the basis of life in the body. It has a significant contribution in making the blood worse or pure.
